Terms & Conditions


Deliveries within Australia will be made within 7 business days of you placing your order (excluding weekends). Deliveries in New Zealand will be made within 14 days of placing your order (excluding weekends).  For other destinations please make enquiries regarding cost and delivery information.
Australia and New Zealand Standard Delivery is FREE and your order will be sent out via Australia Post in most instances.
Order tracking is available for Australia Post shipping however please wait the full 7 (or 14 for New Zealand) working days for your order to arrive. Your dispatch email will include a tracking link and you will be able to track the progress of your parcel. The tracking updates 3 working days after your order has been despatched.
If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your goods.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a public holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next business day.


Returning goods to Pro Boot:

1. If the goods are faulty
In the unlikely event of your boots failing as a result of a manufacturing fault you may be entitled to a replacement or refund for the purchase price.
If you think that there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know straight away by Email or by using the "Contact Us" link below. Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods.

2. If you change your mind
In addition to your rights in relation to faulty goods, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item. We will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us, at the price you purchased them.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, goods cannot be returned, unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
If you change your mind about the goods (including the size or colour), the goods returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

3. Returns generally
These following additional T&Cs apply to the return of all goods, regardless of whether they are faulty, you change your mind, or you need a different size: You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us.

  • Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse.
  • Please ensure you package goods properly to prevent any damage to the returned items.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error.
  • We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
